PRICING & PAYMENT OPTIONS

All prices on www.neatkids.co.nz are stated in NZ dollars (NZD). Please use the Currency Converter link on our products page to indicate the approximate currency conversion rates.

You can place orders with neat kids by:

Bank transfer
We will send you an email with a confirmation of your order, plus our bank account details so you can arrange to pay us via your internet banking account or through your local branch.

Credit Card
We accept Visa and MasterCard payments. These are processed safely and securely through PayMate Express. Since 2001 PayMate Express has been used by sellers in 37 countries for safe trading online. Now recommended by Trade Me. Order details are sent over a Secure Server for your protection.

POSTAGE / COURIER AND PACKAGING

Please choose from the following freight & packaging options:

• Within New Zealand (1-3 days) for small items - $6.00
  
• Within New Zealand (1-3 days) for large items - $9.00
• International Air Post Australia (3-10 working days) - $18
• International Air Post Rest of the World (3-10 working days) - please contact us for a quote

Your order will be confirmed by email with an approximate delivery date, and you will be notified immediately of any delays.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

If you love your purchase please tell others.

If you find fault with the product or the wrong product has been supplied, we do offer an exchange or credit for goods returned within 14 days if they are unused and in their original undamaged packaging.

Here at Neat Kids we respect your privacy will never sell mailing list data to third parties. We only disclose information necessary to facilitate delivery and to authorise payment.
